Relying on knowledge graph and machine learning technologies, it carries out mining, fusion, and inference of massive, multi-dimensional, and heterogeneous ecological environment data, extracts entities, relationships, attributes, events, and other information from data, so as to build an environmental knowledge graph platform, which can support a series of association analysis, intelligent retrieval, decision assistance, and other applications based on knowledge graph, and fully integrate data and business. It focuses on supporting application scenarios such as full-chain supervision of pollution source information, association analysis between environmental pollution incidents and pollution sources, intelligent Q&A of environmental science knowledge, and analysis of environmental emergency accident chain, so as to provide data basis for accurate ecological environment supervision, traceability analysis, and scientific decision-making, realizing intelligent, dynamic and refined ecological environment management.

The ecological environment consultation system realizes the support for consultation in the mode of remote collaboration, real-time interaction, and intelligent assistance by accessing multi-source heterogeneous data related to the ecological environment such as atmospheric monitoring, water monitoring, pollution source, etc., through index processing, model algorithm, visualization, intelligent interaction, and other treatments, including the quality of the ecological environment, the year-on-year/month-on-month change and the compliance pressure analysis, and applies them to command and dispatch, emergency disposal, special subject analysis, cause analysis and other scenarios. At the same time, based on the management scenario of atmospheric environment quality command, it supports cross-department and cross-level command and dispatch, and promotes vertical and horizontal collaboration of air quality management, to comprehensively improve the automation, intelligence, and informatization level of air quality management.

Intelligent environmental emergency management platform

PERCENT Technology integrates big data, natural language processing, knowledge graph, virtual simulation, and other new generations of information technologies to build an environmental emergency data platform, realizing the comprehensive and full aggregation of multi-source heterogeneous environmental emergency data, It establishes an environmental emergency intelligent central system and different environmental emergency knowledge bases in terms of emergency plans, typical cases, laws and regulations, accident analysis, etc., to support the rapid environmental emergency information extraction, fast emergency accident chain analysis, accurate emergency instruction distribution, emergency command and decision-making, and other intelligent application scenarios, and ultimately improve the level of intelligent management of environmental emergencies.
